The Importance of Displaying Your Brochure

Research shows that brochures are the most frequently used source of information during trip planning. Patrick Tierney, a PH.D in Recreation Resources with a concentration in Tourism Marketing, conducted the study. Dr. Tierney's research also shows brochures changed travel behavior for over one third of respondents. Furthermore, the influence of a brochure does not end immediately after collection. Over one half the respondents stated that they were very likely to purchase something or visit a destination shown on a brochure in the next six months.
